Conditions of participation
Contests organized by Sequotech are open to anyone aged 18 or over and with a postal address in Switzerland. The contests are free and with no purchasing obligation. A random draw from among the correct answers will determine the winners, who will be informed in person, by private message, email and/or SMS. No further correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition.
Prizes will not be exchanged or converted into cash. Participation in the competition is not open to employees of the Sequotech Group (competition organizer). By participating in the contest, you accept that Sequotech and its partners may use your personal data for marketing purposes. This data is not provided to LinkedIn or any third parties. Sequotech reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition at any time and declines all responsibility in the event of technical problems linked to the means of participation proposed in the competition.
All legal recourse is excluded. Non-compliance with the aforementioned conditions, as well as the use of unfair methods with the aim of influencing the chances of winning, will entitle Sequotech to exclude the participant concerned. Under no circumstances will the participant be entitled to any compensation from Sequotech.
All information concerning participants will be destroyed within six months of the end of the competition.
